At CPX we recognize the responsibility that comes with the major use of resources. To minimize the impact we have on the environment, CPX has implemented numerous initiatives that will contribute to a sustainable printing industry. Vegetable based inks are used in our printing processes. This enables easier recycling of the printed-paper. Our plates and consumables such as toner cartridges, toner and ink, are recycled weekly.
Processes
To reduce energy consumption and our carbon footprint, CPX has implemented a number of initiatives. These include the use of the Kodak Prinergy Workflow prepress system that uses less chemicals when processing plates. Together with our hardware partners we ensure that our equipment creates the lowest possible carbon footprint.
