The pressroom of the CPX factory at Kelvin Grove houses a variety of presses, from a simple two colour press to a Heidelberg 6 colour perfector A2 press. This means that jobs can be planned economically for a variety of machines. Letterheads can be produced on a small press which only requires one operator. Magazines are produced on one of the 2 colour presses, which print at a speed of 15,000 sheets per hour.
The comprehensive bindery allows us to finish most jobs without having to rely on external suppliers. Printed items can be die cut or cello-glazed in house or bound on one of the saddle stitching or perfect binding lines.
